Customs & Import Duties
When ordering goods from Vousten for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. VAT is included within the prices that show on this website. VAT is currently zero rated on sales to customers outside the EU and so price to be payed is minus 21% (VAT). For excl. VAT payment contact us; contact form so we can make it possible for you.

Shipping:
The cost to ship will depend on the destination. Orders on European website; free shipping in the Netherlands and other countries in the European Union. To addresses to countries outside the European Union we charge € 30,- per delivery. Orders on our USA website; free shipping in the USA other countries on the American continent we charge $30,- per delivery. Orders on our Honk Kong website; free shipping in Hong Kong. Other countries in Asia we charge HKD 200,-. All free shippings must be in value over euro 100,-, if not we charge euro 30,- for shipping.

Return conditions
Not satisfied with the product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Follow the steps below, which are also explained in the return form inside the parcel.

- Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box
- Place the completed return form in the box
- Stick the supplied address label on the box so that it is visible Shipment
- Send the package insured from your post office
- Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place
Refund
When do we pay back?
We will transfer the purchase price paid by you for the product to you within 14 days after cancellation.
What do you get in return?
You will be refunded the full purchase amount, excluding the initially paid shipping costs.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? Then we will contact you.
Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.
Return Instructions
Make sure that:
- The articles are complete
- The items are in original, undamaged packaging
- The copy invoice and return form are enclosed Helpful hints We try to process your return as soon as possible.
Here are some useful tips
- Make sure that you pack the items well so that they do not get damaged during transport.
- To save waste, you can use the box in which we shipped the product to you.
- Make sure the address label is legible. Send Take the package to a post office of your choice. Here you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep it safe until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent and can be requested in case of loss during transport.
Handling As soon as the return shipment has been processed by us, you will automatically receive a message about this. Of course we try to do this as quickly as possible. Have you not heard from us after 14 days? Please contact our customer service.
